MAC Me Over Baby!

Velma and Amanda
Hello Gorgeous!

Today I had lots of fun with my two favorite girls, Amanda and Velma, at the MAC counter at Nordstroms Galleria Mall in Dallas.  Amanda who happens to be a wonderfully talented makeup artist for MAC applied Velma's makeup using the MAC Me Over Collection.  If you haven't had a chance to see this collection you are missing out!  I love everything!  My favorite eye shadow so far is called Carbonized.  It is gorgeous!  Amanda used Carbonized and Moleskin for Velma's soft smokey look.

Here are the photos and what she used.

Everything used for Velma's look.

Amanda first applied Groundwork paint pot all over Velma's lid. Next she applied Moleskin eye shadow in her crease using MAC's 217 brush.  Using MAC's Smolder eyeliner, she applied it on the lash line and smudged it into the lid.  Next she applied Carbonized eye shadow working from the lash line up to blend both eyeliner and shadow together.

Smudging the eye shadow and eyeliner together to give that sexy sultry smoldered look.

Amanda used smolder eyeliner inside the water line of the eye.

One eye is done to see the difference.

Amanda let me in on a little secret on how JLO gets her glowing super nude lip. She said putting concealer on first makes your lips more true to color because we all have some pink in our lips. Amanda used a Concealer all over Velma's lips that complimented her skin tone.  On top of that she use Peach Stock lipstick all over and then applied Love Nector lip gloss on top.

Super Sexy finished look.

Tenderling Blush was used on the apples of the cheeks.

Finished look up close!

I give this look a 5 star rating!  I love me some MAC!!!
